ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS.
By purchasing any of our products offered on this website, the buyer expressly declares that he has read, understood and accepts without reservation the general conditions of the contract, as well as the particular conditions that may be established. All the general conditions will be permanently available to the Users before the contract and may be stored, reproduced and printed in the current version at any time.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity, and Y_COMO reserves the right to modify them unilaterally, without affecting the goods, or the promotions that were acquired before the modification. It is accordingly advisable each time you access the website to check the conditions in force at any particular time.
The contract will not be filed and will be written in Spanish, English and in consumer relations that take place in Catalonia, also in Catalan.

TECNHICAL MEANS FOR CORRECTING INPUT ERRORS

When we receive your order, we will proceed to confirm it by email at the address you have provided, within 24 hours, sending you an acknowledgment of receipt that will indicate the order number and will contain the general conditions and, where appropriate, particular conditions of the contract.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the event that a product is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible through the data you have provided so that you can replace it with another one or rescind the purchase.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS AND SHIPPING CHARGES
The orders will be delivered at the address you have indicated to us located in the geographical area of the territory where we serve our products.
Delivery times are confirmed at the time the order was received and, in all cases, within 30 calendar days from the date it was confirmed. However, in the case of tailor-made dresses, you will be informed in advance of the expected date of delivery that may be later. The order will be delivered to the address that has been designated and which should be in the correct geographical area where we provide service.
Will not be delivered orders to Post Offices boxes, so you must take into account this circumstance.
Y_COMO will adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made within the agreed time, although it does not assume any responsibility if this cannot be done as a result of the false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided or when the delivery cannot be made carried through no fault of the shipping company assigned for that purpose, or due to the absence of the recipient. In such cases, the contract will be understood terminated and we will be able to claim transportation and shipping expenses derived from the unsuccessful delivery of the order due to causes beyond our control.
PRICES AND OTHER EXPENSES
The prices indicated for each product and service include the Value Added Tax (VAT), other taxes, and fees that may be taxed and are applicable, expressed in the Euro currency (€).
Purchases made by tax payers resident in the European Union and with an intra-community NIF, will be exempt from VAT payment, being necessary to send us this document.
For orders destined to countries outside the European Union, remember that as the recipient of these, you must pay directly the import duties and taxes and, where appropriate, local customs duties, so please take this into account and duly report in this regard, not responsible for possible returns.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the shipping, transportation, delivery or postal expenses, packaging, shipping insurance or any other additional services and annexes to the purchased product are not included and will be borne by the user.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically, to which will be added the shipping costs and other additional expenses that the client has agreed, setting the sum of all these concepts the total due to payment in the last phase of it.

RETENTION OF TITLE
Y_COMO reserves the domain of the products delivered as long as we do not receive the full payment of the same.
Until the full price has been paid, the buyer undertakes not to perform any act of disposition of the goods and to keep them in good condition, acting as depositary.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. If you are a consumer or user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days without justification, from the day you or a third party that had indicated to us, other than the carrier, acquire material possession of the requested goods. In case of delivery of multiple goods that you had ordered in the same order and delivered separately, the day you or a third party that had indicated us, other than the carrier, acquire the material possession of the last of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

2. Exercise and consequences of the right of withdrawal.

Where has exercised the right of withdrawal within the indicated period, before fourteen calendar days have elapsed from the date on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw from the contract, we will proceed to reimburse you for any payment that we would have received from you through the same means that you had used to pay the order, unless you have expressly provided otherwise, not incurring any expense as a result of reimbursement. The refund will include, where applicable, the delivery costs, unless you have selected a delivery method different from the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery, in which case we will not reimburse any additional costs arising therefrom.
2.3. Unless we offer to collect the products ourselves, we can withhold the refund until we have received them or until you submit a proof of return, depending on the condition that is met first.
2.4. We inform you that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.
2.5. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

GUARANTEES AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS IN CASE OF LACK OF CONFORMITY.
The buyer must check the quantity and quality of the products purchased as soon as they are received, and must notify us and describe without undue delay any nonconformity of the product.
If the buyer is a consumer or user:

The return costs will be our charge.

In case of conflict, without prejudice to submit to what the law requires, especially when the contracting party is a consumer or user, waiving any other forum that may correspond, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.
