What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

DELIVERY OF ORDERS AND SHIPPING CHARGES

The orders will be delivered at the address you have indicated to us located in the geographical area of the territory where we serve our products. 

Delivery times are confirmed at the time the order was received and, in all cases, within 30 calendar days from the date it was confirmed. However, in the case of tailor-made dresses, you will be informed in advance of the expected date of delivery that may be later. The order will be delivered to the address that has been designated and which should be in the correct geographical area where we provide service. 

Will not be delivered orders to Post Offices boxes, so you must take into account this circumstance.

Y_COMO will adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made within the agreed time, although it does not assume any responsibility if this cannot be done as a result of the false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided or when the delivery cannot be made carried through no fault of the shipping company assigned for that purpose, or due to the absence of the recipient. In such cases, the contract will be understood terminated and we will be able to claim transportation and shipping expenses derived from the unsuccessful delivery of the order due to causes beyond our control.

We offer free shipping service on purchases over € 100 for national shipments. For purchases under € 100 and shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Ceuta & Melilla, shipping costs have a cost of € 10.

 

 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

MEANS OF PAYMENT AND BILLING

You can pay for your orders with Visa and MasterCard through a secure payment gateway, in which the bank issuing the card will be responsible for verifying the identity of the cardholder and its authenticity before authorizing payment, as well as the protection of the customer’s data. In this way, we also do not have at any time your financial data, which gives greater security to the payment process. 

Any incident that may arise will be the responsibility of the issuer, the client having to contact the bank in question. 

The user expressly consents to be issued an electronic invoice in pdf form and can revoke the consent at any time by sending a letter to the effect to [email protected]

Y_Como you accept the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa MasterCard American express Paypal Wire transfer For credit card payments, keep in mind that the billing address has to correspond to the one that appears on your credit card statement.

How long will delivery take?

At Y_Como we support craftsmanship and the value of what is handmade is one of the pillars of the brand.

We are consistent with the values ​​of sustainable fashion so we do not generate stock of our collections, but we manufacture to order.

Our atelier in Barcelona requires a tailoring period of up to 3 weeks for this piece.

Once the shipment is made, the delivery time will be between 2 and 6 working days.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will inform you by e-mail.

The indicated deadlines will be extended for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and remote areas.

Due to increased security measures due to Covid-19, deliveries could be delayed up to 14 business days.

¿Returns & Exchanges?

The exchange or return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date you receive your purchase.

Y_Como is responsible for the shipping costs, free in peninsula Spain and € 10 in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, and the return costs in case of error or tare.

All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging whenever possible, including labels.

For example, shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.

Custom garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Make sure they are well packaged and not damaged on the way.

As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and make the change of size or refund of the returned garments.

Keep in mind that in the case of returns by post, Y_Como will not accept postage due or cash on delivery and that shipping or return costs will not be paid. If the change of size or color is not available, we will refund the amount of said product.
